My name is Jay and I'm a husband and dad in my early thirties. I started Food, Fatherhood and Foul Language with a vision to provide other fathers, soon-to-be-fathers or even women and mothers with an insight into the life of a father doing his best to navigate fatherhood. I want this page to be a resource and a source of motivation to help others be the best parent they can while trying my best to do the same in the process.
